WHEN TO ENROLL

Enrollment is on-going on a drop-in basis during the following times (except holidays/ breaks). No appointment is necessary.

Morning
MTWTh 8:30 – 10:30am

Afternoon
T & Th 12:00 – 1:00pm

Evening
MTWTh 5:30 – 7:30pm

How to Enroll

NEW AND FIRST-TIME STUDENTS

Step 1. Stop by our office any time during the enrollment drop-in hours.

Step 2. Complete the on-site enrollment process

Includes: Completing the demographic form, reviewing the student handbook, signing the student contract (APEX students only) and student signature, taking reading assessments, transcript evaluation, and class placement. Plan for 2 hours.

What to Bring: A High School transcript, which includes out-of-the-USA High School transcripts. Note: If you don’t have your transcripts we can assist in requesting them.

RETURNING STUDENTS (Students who attended between 6/30/22 through 7/1/23)

Step 1. Stop by our office any time during the enrollment drop-in hours.

Step 2. Complete the on-site enrollment process

Includes: Completing the demographic form, signing the student contract (APEX students only), and student signature, reviewing the student handbook, taking a reading assessment.
Plan for 2 hours

Step 3. Resume your in-class subject on-site, APEX online class, and/or Canvas online class.
