The Veterans Day holiday is not only a good opportunity for all of us to rest and recharge, but it is a good opportunity for us to take a moment to honor our military veterans. These veterans served our country regardless of what political party was in power. In our current political environment that seems so divisive, this quote from former President Barack Obama seems particularly appropriate:
“As we search for ways to come together…some of our best examples are the men and women we salute on Veterans Day.”
